Hello everyone, I have already asked Ebay twice for a written clarification but received NO response. My question: After using eBay buyer protection, the seller has blocked me from making further purchases. Is that legal or is he entitled to do that? If he offers buyer protection, he must also expect it to be used if the letter doesn’t arrive after weeks. Is he allowed to block me afterward, or shouldn’t he also have to deactivate buyer protection if he does not want to issue a refund??With grateful regards
