Item NOT listed in purchase history
Bought an item yesterday, paid via SOFORT transfer (money has been debited), the item does NOT appear in purchase history/purchase overview. Money gone?!?

Thanks for reaching out to us. I was able to find the item number. However, I couldn't find any purchase from yesterday on your eBay account yet. Did you perhaps buy the item with a different eBay account? Feel free to send us the order number so we can identify the purchase. You can find the order number in the confirmation email or in the payment reference.
