Mark item as delivered without shipping
How can I mark an item as delivered without tracking or shipping?
Or do I just have to wait 14 days?

OP2 weeks agoNot by email, but via the eBay messaging system, so that everything is traceable and transparent.

Mentor2 weeks agoYes, that was fine that way already @juan.gonzales83 BUT, you offered shipping or pickup; if you sell digital items, you have to label them that way too. You have effectively acted contrary to your own shipping terms, even if the buyer is satisfied and rated you well.

OP2 weeks agoPlease excuse my mistake. I couldn't find any other option and thought that would work. Unfortunately, I don't sell here on ebay very often. It was also written that way in the item description, I just couldn't find an option among the choices.

Sounds like the buyer picked up the item or you delivered it yourself in person? In that case, you can’t mark the item as delivered.
For items with in-person handover, the buyer gets a pickup code from eBay, which they give to the seller when handing over the item. That’s the normal procedure for pickup.
If the buyer paid you in person, that’s a violation of policy. If the buyer paid eBay in advance, you’ll probably have to wait 30 days for your money.

OP2 weeks agoNo, it was about a gift card, which I could also have sent by post, but then ended up sending to the buyer via eBay, so in my opinion everything is traceable and correct. The payment went through eBay properly, which is currently still withholding the money. So 30 days? I read something about 2 weeks elsewhere.

Mentor2 weeks agoShipped via eBay? How does that work? eBay doesn’t transport items and isn’t a shipping provider.
If you created the label via eBay, then there should be a tracking number, or how did you ship it?
If it was sent by letter, however, you don’t have seller protection because the value (€20 incl. shipping costs) has been exceeded. Nevertheless, there should be basic tracking.
But to receive the money promptly, you need proof of shipment and proof of delivery. Without that, it can take up to 30 days for payment to be made.
As for where you got the 2 weeks from, I have no idea.

OP2 weeks agoNo, there was no physical shipping at all. I sent the customer a picture of the card before and after scratching off the coating. I don’t remember anymore where I read 2 weeks, but if it’s 30 days, then that’s fine in the end too. :-)
