Hello everyone, I bought a diagnostic scanner for my BMW E39 a while ago, which was supposed to fit this model according to the item description. When I tried to use it, I found that the scanner is too long and I would have to remove the lower part of the dashboard. I then wanted to send the item back and gave “item is not as described” as the reason. The seller accepted that right away and I got a message saying that the seller had sent me a return label and that I should contact them...

Since you have already received a refund and the case has been closed, it is no longer possible to store the tracking number, but that is no longer necessary either.
