Item sold, but this appears as inactive, even though a buyer is shown

Hello everyone,so far today I've sold 2 items and they ended up in inactive. This morning I got 2 disputes from the same buyer. He says I blocked him and didn't ship anything, but I only finished making the one card today. I appealed it and uploaded everything, could that be the reason or are there synchronization issues?
