Item sold. The delivery has arrived (confirmed by the buyer via email), but eBay continues to list it as undeliverable and the payment is being withheld.The buyer says they marked the item as received. Trying to contact the “assistant” is driving me crazy. Either they reply with nonsense or they say they can’t help with the problem.When I tried to report the auction, I only found “report buyer,” but the reporting options don’t match the actual problem.What should I do?
