Item sold, money is partially being withheld
Hello dear members
About two weeks ago I sold an item for €30 + shipping, and I ordered the shipping label through eBay. So I have a total of €30 from the item, but only €20.91 is being released. Why is that? The item cost €30.

eBay will have deducted 1x 6.90 and 1x 2.90 euros shipping from the 30 euros if you franked it via eBay

have you possibly booked some paid add-on options? Take a look under "Payments - All Transactions". There you can see which amounts were deducted and why.

Either you booked add-on options or promoted your item. And if you bought a label through ebay, the costs for that are also deducted from the proceeds.
