Item sold, not exactly as in the picture, how do I give a partial refund
Sold a PS5 and accidentally had the slim on the item photo. Seller would be satisfied with a small refund, the paid money is currently being withheld by eBay until the case is clarified.
How do I make the refund now without getting deducted
