Item sold - shipping costs are incorrect
Hello,
I sold an item where shipping was actually specified as only within Germany.
However, an Italian bought it at the shipping price for Germany and has
given the delivery address in Italy.
What can I do here?
Shipping to Italy is more expensive than within Germany only

Mentor3 weeks agoNo, you messed that up yourself! If I choose shipping for this item to Italy, 10.49 € is also shown!
And with the quantity of items and the amount of new goods, this is no longer a private sale either. It can get expensive!
You are typically acting as a business owner or commercially if you:
buy items in order to resell them
sell items that you made for resale
regularly sell large quantities of items
sell similar goods, especially new goods, over a longer period of time
frequently sell new items that you did not purchase for your own use
According to case law, the following is considered an indication of commercial activity:
operating an eBay shop
number of current sales: if many items are constantly sold over a longer period of time, this is usually a commercial seller
sale of a private collection stretched out over years
type of items sold (new or used goods, value): the sale of several similar navigation devices was classified as proof of commercial activity – likewise the offering of 250 batteries in various sizes with reference to the availability of larger quantities.
a website or the use of advertising descriptions that give a professional impression
Note: We regularly review the trading activities of our sellers and may ask them to mark their eBay account as a business account. You also have to expect that competitors or consumer protection associations may issue you a costly warning letter and take legal action against you for injunction.

So how much did the buyer actually pay for shipping?
By the way, you entered the same price for both domestic and international shipping:
You brought the "problem" on yourself.
