I am a private seller and have listed the item "Clarins Total Eye Lift 15ml unopened" on eBay.After a short time, the item was "blocked". I then filed an appeal via "Clarify" and uploaded the original order from Douglas. That was about 5 days ago. I didn't receive any confirmation email from eBay about the appeal and no one contacted me. Getting in touch with eBay myself isn't possible because the AI doesn't understand this topic. Now the item is just sitting in my active listing...

maybe the VeRi program at eBay applies,as is so often the case with cosmetics..... as a seller, just leave it alone; relisting again hides the risk of suspensions, other sanctions, and higher warning costs.
