Item gone, money gone, suspected fraudulent buyer
Summary: scorpion1611 reports on a problematic buyer who starts a dispute after the purchase and gets the money back through the payment provider without responding. Despite eBay having completed the case review, no solution could be found. perfect-sally explains that positive feedback cannot be revised and advises taking legal action if eBay does not help.
A nicely given positive rating to a buyer, revise it, or because he is practicing a new business model. He buys, and after a few days, he opens a dispute and gets the money back through his payment service provider. Even eBay can’t even say what exactly happened; they just closed the case and the buyer never responded to my messages even once, not even with a note about why he did that.
Item gone and the money too.
Maybe someone can give me some advice, eBay can’t help

Mentor1 month agoYou’re not selling badly, @scorpion1611 .
Without a tracking number, you don’t have proof of shipment, no two ways about it.

When eBay has processed the case and then closed it, then you were surely told why.
And if eBay can't help, then you have to take action against it outside if you feel you are in the right.
