Items are not visible for sale
Hello, I posted several items for sale yesterday evening, they are active, but they don’t show up publicly for sale at all. Customer service is unreachable, so a callback isn’t possible. What should I do so the items finally become visible?

Mentor3 weeks agoHello @kyffhaeuser did you revise the articles after the setting? That resets the listing and appearance back again.
Otherwise, you can ask eBay for a callback by annoying the chatbot a bit with "callback" or "staff member"; otherwise, you can also just dial the phone number from the legal notice yourself.

Mentor3 weeks agoThe extended ones then aren’t relisted, though; they stay under the old date, I think.
Of the 7, 5 are visible; the two that are still missing — did you maybe revise them again, i.e. make changes? That would explain them appearing later.

Mentor3 weeks agoIt can take 24h AND longer for items to be listed. It also always depends on the respective item.

OP3 weeks agoI've read 24 h, but that has never happened before with a few thousand articles, strange though, some articles are in, some aren't, what's that supposed to mean?
