Item was not collected by the buyer from DHL
Item was not picked up by the buyer at DHL and came back. What should I do now? I contacted the buyer about this, but they haven't responded for 3 weeks

Mentor1 week agoIf you cancel the purchase, you can only refund the full amount! Refund it via the purchase details and deduct the shipping costs.

if the buyer doesn’t get in touch, cancel the purchase. Under Purchase details you can issue a partial refund. I would deduct the shipping costs in that case.
