ARTICLE DELIVERED BUYER NOT RESPONDING.
Hello, I sold an item and shipped it through eBay. At the DHL branch, the shipping fee was not enough and I had to pay the difference. A new tracking number was created automatically, which I sent to the buyer, and he is not responding. Since the first tracking number is still listed, the money is still being held by eBay because it has not yet been delivered with the first number. What can I do or how can I change the tracking number!

Mentor3 weeks agoHow should the buyer react in your opinion then? On eBay there is no way for the buyer to mark the item as received. And if you can't edit the tracking number, then you just provide another tracking number; it will update after some time.

the buyer can't confirm receipt of the shipment, even if they wanted to.
You can't change the tracking number, but you can add a new one, and thus the correct one, under the purchase details.
