Item delivered - how do I get the money

Hi everyone ..... so, I sold and sent the item and the item was also delivered ..... unfortunately I didn't share the tracking number with the ebay system ...... how do I get my money now? In the ebay system it still says 0.00 € .....

Hi @fampas

without shipment and delivery confirmation, it can take up to 30 days until the money is available.

Why aren't you entering the tracking number now? It will update after a while - at least that's how it has been so far.
