Hello,
I bought the following item ( 277972603257 ) based on the information provided in the listing !
then unfortunately had to find out that something wasn’t quite right there !
for example, the listing text said that the laptop was equipped with 12 GB Ram ! ...... later I looked at the pictures and in a screenshot of the laptop it said: 8 GB Ram
I pointed this out to the seller, he didn’t really seem to have a clue about it either, but in any case he now wanted to take care of it !
today he handed the item over to Hermes ! ..... but so far I haven’t received any info from him about what’s going on now ...... whether he, for example, upgraded the Ram or something similar !
in any case I don’t want the laptop with 8GB Ram, because the stated 12 GB was already a decisive buying criterion for me.
how should I behave ?

If the laptop actually has only 8 instead of the stated 12 GB RAM, then that is a defect. In the case of a complaint, it must be taken back, even if it is a private seller. *No returns* refers to not liking it and not to a complaint. If you send the item back for that reason, be sure to select the correct return reason when making the return.

once the seller has shipped it, you just have to check the laptop upon receipt (preferably with witnesses).
If it really only has 8 GB instead of the 12, you can start a return with the reason that the item is not as described.

the thing finally arrived today ( after a long time .... thanks to Hermes ) 🙄
as suspected, the laptop only has 8 GB of RAM ! (.... that was the very first thing I checked )
how do you handle the return and what about the shipping costs ?

that means you're opening a case.
The seller has to provide you with a free return label.
