Item returned, no refund
I returned an item and according to the tracking it also arrived, but I still haven’t received a refund to this day. The seller no longer exists on eBay either and isn’t replying…

Mentor1 week ago · EditedThat actually can't be the case, unless the seller was removed by eBay. Because shortly after a purchase, a seller can't close their account; there are deadlines for that.
When was it purchased? Did you contact eBay when it wasn't refunded? There are also deadlines for when a seller has to issue a refund.

Mentor1 week agoAnd if the purchase was so long ago already, do you really still expect help from ebay? Buyer protection lasts 30 days from the delivery date, and after that there's nothing more ebay can do.
And when was it sent back then? If you sent it back after the buyer protection period, ebay has no means to help and will close the return.
