Delete tasks
Hello, I sold an item that was paid for with a pickup code. In my task list it says to ship this item, even though it has long since been with the recipient. How can I delete this "task"?

Mentor1 month agoQuestion about that: how do you actually pay with the pickup code? Payment runs through ebay, and when the buyer picks it up, they give the code to the seller as confirmation of receipt, and the seller either scans the code or enters it in the purchase details.

OP1 month agoRight, the buyer brings the QR code and after scanning, the credit is issued by eBay.

The sending should actually be taken care of once you enter the pickup code you received from the buyer in the purchase details.

OP1 month agoSure, should be like that but it’s still visible, and has been for a few weeks now.

Mentor1 month agoWell, just eBay things. A lot isn’t right there at the moment. You probably can’t delete the completed items. Otherwise you’d find a checkbox on the item. With a checkmark in it and scroll up, Delete should be visible.

Mentor1 month agoNo, I don't think so. eBay automatically deletes it after three months. Take a look here to see if you can find it like that on your end:
