Mentor1 week agoEither you have at least 2 non-payer notes in the last 12 months, belong to the restricted buyer group that the seller sets, or they have actively put you on their blocklist for some reason.
Maybe the seller is also from another country and doesn’t ship to Germany. There are lots of possibilities.
