Hello, please help quickly.
I accidentally marked an item as paid, even though it hasn't been paid for yet. The buyer can now no longer pay for the item. I can no longer send payment information, and the "Paid" button is no longer shown to me either so I can deactivate it. What solution is there for this?
I want to handle the payment through Ebay with shipping label etc. Please no suggestions like paying with PayPal etc.

Mentor1 month agoThe only solution is for the purchase to be canceled and for the buyer to buy it again if they want.
Once you’ve clicked payment received, that can’t be undone.
