Payment of the amount for sold goods!
I sold two items, that is also shown to me, but I am not getting the money paid out.
The buyer confirmed to me that he received the goods. Ebay can't give me a precise explanation.
I shipped the goods without a shipping label from Ebay. What needs to be done, I can't get any further in the form or in the assistant.

Mentor1 week agoHey @magicrossi you don’t necessarily have to buy the labels on eBay; you can also get them directly from the shipping provider.
What matters are the tracking number and proof of delivery; a rating or confirmation from the buyer doesn’t count for seller protection, because what counts there is the tracking number and proof of delivery.
If you don’t have either because you shipped uninsured, you wait up to 30 days for your money.
If a buyer reports the non-trackable item as not received, buyer protection kicks in and you’re out both the money and the goods because eBay refunds it.
