Hello everyone,
I have listed products directly on Ebay.com and ship them with DEspeedpak.
Unfortunately, I keep getting feedback from potential buyers that they can’t buy my product because I "don't deliver to ..... (e.g. California)". But that’s wrong — of course I haven’t excluded any shipping destinations in the USA. Still, many interested buyers can’t purchase.
I’ve already called customer service five times without success. All the settings are completely correct, it’s not about P.O. Boxes, etc. I’ve also ended all the products and relisted them as similar products. Also unsuccessful.
Does anyone here know whether certain states in the USA need special settings in order to be allowed to ship there?
Could there possibly be issues with DEspeedpak?

Mentor3 weeks agoHi, have you already checked with SpeedPak whether the goods are allowed to be shipped? The list of non-shippable goods is long. The liability limit for shipments is also low. I saw that you sometimes offer high-quality products. Maybe add an alternative shipping method.
