International return
Summary: hellokittytom has a problem with a shipment from the USA that was split into two packages. Because of a move, the first package couldn’t be delivered and was returned to the sender, while the second package could still be intercepted. The first package is now with the “shipped by” party and apparently can’t be sent back, even though it is still in Germany. Attempts to contact the parties involved have not brought any solution so far, and they are looking for a way to send the package to the new address.
I ordered something in the USA, and the shipment was split into 2 packages. Unfortunately, I moved during the delivery time and the package could not be delivered and went straight back to the sender because my name was no longer available at the address. The next day, thanks to live tracking, I was able to intercept the 2nd package. The 1st package is now no longer with DHL and is back with the "shipper" asendiausa and apparently cannot be sent back either. Contacting everyone involved has so far brought no solution. It’s still in D! It just needs to go to the new address. What would be the solution now?

Mentor3 weeks agoIf the package is on the return trip, then you probably can't reroute it anymore and it will go back. That can take a while, and if you want the item, you'll have to pay the shipping costs to the seller again. However, that doesn't work through eBay.
