Hello everyone,I hope you can help me.About six months ago I bought an item on eBay. When it was delivered, the matching brackets were missing. The seller confirmed the mistake back then and promised to send the missing brackets later. The delivery time given was 8-12 weeks.Since then, I have contacted the seller several times and regularly asked for an update. At first I was told there were problems with the manufacturer, and later that the matter would be clarified with the shipping company.By now, however, the originally stated delivery time has been exceeded by quite a bit. Unfortunately, the seller has completely stopped responding to my last two messages. In my last message, I had already set a two-week deadline for a reply, which has now also passed without an answer.Since the purchase was more than six months ago, none of the usual contact or reporting options are unfortunately shown to me for this purchase anymore. I therefore tried to contact eBay customer service. Unfortunately, I only ever ended up with the chat assistant, who doesn't understand my issue, keeps repeating itself, and also doesn't put me through to a staff member.Has anyone here ever had a similar situation? Is there still a way to reach an eBay employee or get support? I would be very grateful for any tips.Thank you very much!
