How can I return all items from one shipment in the same box?

·2 weeks ago@cth-17th Hey. 🙂 The return labels are only charged when they are actually used. So you can open both returns, use one label & let your seller know the tracking number you used via eBay messages.

Mentor2 weeks agoTake the items, put them in the box, and tape it shut! Let the seller know which items are in the package and provide the tracking number.

OP2 weeks agoThanks for your response. I may not have phrased it well: the packaging is already clear ;-) The problem is: I can only select ONE item and create a shipping label (with the costs) for THAT. Then I’d have 2 shipping labels for 2 items as well (and 2x shipping costs). And Hermes probably wouldn’t accept that for ONE PACKAGE anyway - the package in which both items were sent to me. :-(
