Why is my amount still being withheld even though it was delivered on Thursday, 16/07.? eBay says there is a technical problem?

"The amount is usually available in your eBay balance within 2 calendar days after delivery." Since delivery took place on 16/07/2026, the 2 calendar days are not yet over. Please be a little patient; there is actually currently an issue that is causing delays. We are working flat out on a solution.
