Hello, I sent a package and the buyer received it too. He left me a positive review as “proof”. He has also paid the money. However, it is still not ready to be credited to me, so eBay has still not released it because eBay says I have not yet sent the parcel. What can I do about that? Kind regards

Mentor3 weeks agoYou need proof of shipment and delivery, a parcel doesn't have either. A rating or confirmation from the buyer is not accepted as proof.
Without proof, it can take up to 30 days before you receive your money.
