Payout withhold
Summary: tefting reports that eBay withheld a payment of 12 euros because an item allegedly did not arrive. Although the case was closed in the seller’s favor, the refund of the amount is still pending. mia@ebay clarifies that the amount was already paid out on 21/07/26 together with another sum.
Hey everyone,
In August, eBay withheld the payment (€12) from the payout that was due because of an allegedly not received item.
Now that the case has been resolved in my favor as the seller, I should actually get the money back from eBay.
So far, though, nothing has happened. I also didn’t get any further with the AI chat.
Can someone tell me what I need to do to get the money?

Thank you very much for your post.
I also had to search a bit. The amount for the shirt was paid out on 21.07.26 in the total amount of €42.90. That amount was included there.

OP1 month agoBut that’s not the problem at all. eBay closed the case in my favor. I just don’t know how to get the withheld money back now.

1.40 is Großbrief? The tracking number isn't necessarily decisive, but rather the proof of delivery; do you have that?

Mentor1 month agoWhat does positively completed mean? Did the buyer receive their item before the deadline on ebay had expired?
Or was the buyer refunded?
