Withheld payout
Summary: tokis_store reports that eBay has been withholding a five-figure sum from their earnings for 9 weeks, even though all packages reach customers within 24 hours. Despite smooth deliveries, payout is allegedly delayed by at least 3 days because of a supposed review. According to eBay, this review has been ongoing for 4 weeks, and tokis_store is asking whether anyone has had similar experiences or knows how the process can be sped up.
Hello everyone,
I have been selling on eBay for 9 weeks now. All orders reached the customer within 24 hours. If there happened to be a problem here and there, I handled it immediately. By now, eBay has withheld a five-digit amount from me on the grounds that they need to check whether my packages really arrive (By now I have sold over 1000 items. ) Even after delivery, the payment is withheld for at least 3 days or longer. Apparently there is a review there that will be over soon! I've been hearing that for 4 weeks now. Does anyone have the same problems or know how to speed it up?

We understand that you want to receive your payments as quickly as possible. It’s great that you ship your goods so quickly and ensure customer satisfaction so consistently. We really appreciate that.
At the same time, we want you to continue building a positive selling history by providing correct item descriptions, shipping orders within the handling time, using tracking, and responding quickly to buyers’ questions.
For all sellers who are new to eBay or who haven’t sold any items recently, payment holds apply while they build a positive selling history. This helps us ensure that transactions run smoothly and helps keep eBay a safe place to buy and sell.
Once we see a consistent selling history with successful orders, you’ll usually receive your payments within 2 days after the buyer has paid.
