Payout of my balance not possible – conflicting information about my account

Dear Sir or Madam,
I am currently unable to withdraw the balance in my eBay account.
In my personal area, it is shown that everything is in order with my account and that there are no unresolved issues or restrictions. This was also confirmed to me in a phone call with your customer service, where I was told that there are no restrictions on my account.
Nevertheless, the following message is displayed in the “Payments” section:
“Your payouts have been temporarily suspended until we have reviewed some data. We need up to 5 days to carry out the review.”
As a result, I cannot access my own balance or have it paid out to my bank account.
I therefore ask you for a specific explanation of why the payout of my balance was blocked, even though my account has no restrictions according to your system and this was also confirmed to me by phone.
Please review my case and let me know:
1. Why were my payouts suspended?
2. Which data or documents, if any, need to be reviewed?
3. When can I access my balance again and make the payout to my bank account?
I ask for a prompt clarification, as this is my available balance and I currently have no way to withdraw it.

I can see neither sold nor active listings from you.
When did you receive this message? EBay says that the review can take up to 5 days.
