maybe someone has already had a similar case or can tell me how I can request a quick manual review on eBay.

My eBay account has been temporarily restricted and my payouts are being held back. In the meantime, I have completed all the points eBay required:

Valid tracking numbers are stored for all orders.
All open cases and follow-up questions have been resolved.
No further problems or open actions are shown in my account.
All shipments within Germany have already been delivered.
In total, 24 out of 27 shipments have now demonstrably reached the buyer.

Of the remaining three shipments, two should be delivered shortly (Canada, Mexico). Only one international shipment to Nepal is likely to take longer. According to the tracking, this parcel is still in Germany at the moment. Unfortunately, I have no influence over the duration of international transport.

As I understand it, the deliveries must be confirmed before the payout is released. The message from eBay also says that the amounts should be available within 72 hours after confirmed delivery. With 24 orders already delivered, at least a partial release or a manual review should therefore be possible.

I’m going on holiday on Monday at noon and urgently need the money I’ve already earned before I leave. By the time the shipment to Nepal is delivered, I’ll probably already be back from holiday. From my point of view, it would be disproportionate to continue holding back all payouts in full because of a single properly shipped international delivery.

Does anyone know a direct way to request an expedited manual review or the release of the sales that have already been confirmed and completed? Can an eBay employee in the forum possibly forward the case to the responsible department?

If needed, I can provide all tracking numbers, delivery confirmations, and further details. For security reasons, I will not post personal data or complete tracking numbers publicly.

Unfortunately I wasn't connected to a supervisor and couldn't speak to anyone in charge. They didn't want to. What else can I do here? This just isn't normal, is it? I wouldn't recommend eBay customer service to anyone...

with new sellers, payout often takes longer, it can take up to 30 days.

Tracked shipping is not a unique feature for a "fast" payout.

The buyers could make a complaint.

But this is already the second round with the account restriction within a month. The first time I did everything correctly and it was unblocked afterwards.

And I’m not a new eBayer either. My old account had a technical problem and eBay asked me to open a new account :)

Could you maybe mark an eBay employee here again who could take a look at this. This is becoming extremely tedious, slowly but surely. A five-digit amount from 27 listings is being withheld from me, and slowly but surely that also makes one a bit angry. It can’t be that funds from 27 listings are being withheld. Then eBay should communicate transparently how much I can sell before my amounts are withheld again, until all sales have reached the buyers again. This arbitrariness is annoying. Apart from one shipment to Nepal, everything has reached the buyers and I’d really like to finally get my money now too. In the future, it might also make sense to announce restrictions, then you don’t end up in a situation like mine.

Could you please follow this up somehow and speed the whole thing up?
