Payout is withheld for 30 days
I sold a Ninja coffee machine and Ebay is holding my money for 30 days. Is that legally possible?

Withheld payments
We reserve the right to safeguard the risks associated with providing payment services to you by restricting your access to your funds as described below, where necessary. We may place a hold on your funds before payout under the following conditions or instruct a payment service provider to make such a hold, including for Stored-Value or payment accounts.
We show the amount and status of the payment hold in the Payments tab in Seller Hub or in My eBay and notify you through messages in My eBay and/or emails. If necessary, we will request additional information to clarify the issue.
