Hello everyone,we have been a commercial seller on eBay for over 23 years and regularly generate high sales, especially in the area of industrial machinery and haberdashery.However, recently our payouts have only been released after confirmed delivery. In our case, this is causing significant problems in day-to-day business operations, as we ship many items by freight carrier (delivery time sometimes up to 10 days).In addition, according to the current status, the payout only takes place about 1–3 days after delivery. This creates a total waiting time of up to 10–14 days for us before we have access to our money.What is especially critical for us is also the shipping of low-cost items (e.g. haberdashery), which are sometimes sent as letters without tracking. This raises the question for us of exactly when the payout takes place if there is no delivery confirmation.We have already contacted eBay customer service about this, but we received contradictory statements.So our questions to you are:Are other sellers currently having similar experiences?Is delivery reliably detected with freight carriers like Dachser?How long does it realistically take for you until the payout?Are there ways to speed up the process?Thank you in advance for your feedback.Best regards
