as @perfect-sally already wrote to you, the pickup code from the buyer is given when the item is picked up.
Has the buyer already picked up the one bike sold?
Or is the price for off-road tires with rims 20 inch (277786490010) really meant for one bike?
As a buyer, I would choose quantity 1 and expect four wheels. That could cause problems with the remaining 3 wheels when the next person buys.

You’ll get your money without the code too, it just takes longer.
