bank account verification
I have a business account and purchased a store subscription, but I cannot list any items for sale because the bank account hasn't been verified. The problem is that I keep submitting the correct account details and a statement showing the company information and bank account number, yet I still cannot pass verification—and we don't have another bank account. Where can I report this? Is there anyone who can help us?

Mentor2 weeks agoIs the bank account in the same name as the ebay account? If there are differences, these are usually the problems. Or maybe you have an account that ebay doesn’t accept.
Do you get an error message?

Our company has an eBay account linked to a single bank account. I submitted a bank statement showing the company name, address, and account number, but it is failing verification.
I wonder if the change in the bank's name is a factor; our bank changed its name from Santander Bank to Erste Bank in April of this year, but I am unable to update the bank name when entering the account details. The statement shows the name "Erste"—I’m not sure if that matters, but I’m at a loss as to what the actual cause is.
We would like to start listing products—we have quite a few—but we are unable to do so because this issue is blocking us completely.

For a successful review, please upload a valid bank statement.
The document must show the following details:
Name/address of the account holder
Name and logo of the bank.
The full IBAN number.
A current date. (The document must not be older than 3 months.)

I apologize for the late reply, but I’ve just started work after the weekend. :)
Could you please tell me where I should send the payment confirmation you mentioned? Can I email it directly to you, or send it here somehow? I’ve done this many times via eBay.de and received an immediate response stating that the details didn't match—which isn't true, as it is a bank statement from our account.
