Ended listings are still in there, so newly posted ones aren't shown
Summary: jenner38-42 reports a problem with ended and relisted offers on eBay that are not visible. Despite contacting customer service several times, the problem doesn’t seem to be getting resolved. jenner38-42 is considering switching to another platform, since no sales are being made on another eBay account either.
Hi folks, is it the same for you too? On 13.09., all my 40 listings were ended, but they’re still being shown to me as ended. So I relisted on 17.09.26 and now here’s the kicker:
“This identical listing is currently not yet being shown to buyers. It will be shown automatically as soon as a bid has been placed on your identical active listing.” Hellooooooo
Potential buyers aren’t seeing a single listing. Since 17.09. I’ve been calling and writing to Ebay, because the AI only replies with garbage. . Ebay employees promise to fix it, but nothing happens.
Should also go to Vintd, since ebay is dead anyway, and no one buys on another account either.
Best regards, Katharina
