Update payment method stored with eBay Plus

I want to change the PayPal address stored as the payment method for eBay Plus, since the email address linked to it no longer works. Now I go to the payment options and click delete link, but nothing happens. It just keeps saving the old address again and again.
This is what is shown to me when I click change payment method. If I go on to continue, it only saves the old address.

I don’t know how it works with eBay Plus, since I don’t have that. But when I want to change my payment options, I see the following view in Chrome:
There I have the delete options available.
