With a saved account, the middle name is missing
Under personal data, my two first names + last name are correctly listed.
But under "Cards and accounts" only the first name + last name is shown.
Since nowadays the name for IBAN transfers has to match the account holder and my bank account is under my two first names + last name, I wanted to ask how I can correct this. Because even when adding new bank information I can't choose the name; my first name + last name is already prefilled there.
Unfortunately, eBay support is useless, the bot doesn't understand my problem and when I select the callback option, according to the bot there is always a "technical problem," which is why the callback from a staff member fails.
Has anyone had experience with multiple first names and payouts from eBay since banks have had to match IBAN and account holder names?

OP9 months agoHey, thanks to everyone involved for the support. Actually, I received the money from eBay without any problems today.
After thinking about it more closely, I remembered that back then I had to log into my N26 account via eBay in order to add it. So the name that appeared under the payment information in eBay was entered there by N26, not by eBay itself. Apparently N26 uses a display name (first name + last name) and a real name (first name + last name).
So, the “problem” apparently wasn’t a problem at all and the money is coming through. Thanks again to the community.

Vielleicht ist auch die Markierung mal wieder nicht durchgegangen und ich versuche es erneut
