If not delivered, only get back half of the amount paid
Summary: kokain98 reports that they bought two devices for EUR 17.98 but never received them. Good evening-
I bought and paid for 2 items, see the details:
Ozoori™ Refrigerator Odor Eliminator Refrigerator Deodorizer Air Freshener Deodo
Quantity: 2 for a total of EUR 17.98
Since I did not receive the goods, I contacted eBay. Now I have only received EUR 8.99 back.
Since the case was closed, I can't get any further.
I would like to know whether this happens often.

Mentor3 weeks ago@kokain98 Hey. 🙂 I was happy to take a look at this. You only opened the case for one of the 2 items. That’s why the refund amount is €8.99. Please open a separate case for the second item so that you receive the refund for both items.
