Hello everyone,I currently have a problem with tracking on eBay and hope someone can help me. I dropped off a package at DHL using a QR code. However, it turned out on site that the package was too heavy, so I had to pay an extra fee. As a result, I received a new tracking number. I now wanted to add this new tracking number to eBay or replace the old one. Unfortunately, that’s not possible:I can neither change nor delete the old tracking number. Instead, the following error message appears every time: "An unknown error occurred while updating the tracking information. Please try again." The problem occurs both when adding a new tracking number and when deleting the old one. The shipment has already reached the buyer, so of course I want to store the tracking information correctly. Does anyone have an idea what I can do in this case or what might be causing it? Thank you in advance!
