Damaged RAM without replacement delivery

I bought and received a memory module (2x8GB DDR4 3000MHZ) from a large seller in BERLIN. But this RAM was considerably damaged (one corner was broken off). As the injured buyer, I have a right to choose between replacement delivery and cancellation of the contract (= refund: money for goods). This right seems to be completely ignored here on eBay. I asked the seller for a replacement delivery. Although he has the desired RAM in stock, he refuses to deliver it, and immediately offered me a refund, even though I don't want that at all. I want an identical replacement RAM that he has in stock.
How can I enforce my right?
Apparently eBay doesn't care about all this.

a humble question: Why don't you accept the refund and then order the same product again from the same seller if they offer several of them?
By the way, Ebay buyer protection предусматривает the return and subsequent refund, not a replacement delivery. You can only arrange that together outside of Ebay.

OP1 month agoThe original RAM cost 53 euros, now the RAM costs 93 euros.
If I accept the refund and then buy again, I'll pay 40 euros extra. Nice plan by the seller.

People who make others drag everything out of them cause unnecessary hassle here.

Replacement deliveries are not предусмотрено at eBay.
Either open a return, the seller has to pay the return shipping and refund you. Of course, he can also refund without a return, that’s his problem.
There is nothing else with eBay.
