Subject: Complaint about eBay Plus order (shipping costs & delivery time)Hello, I am an eBay Plus member. With my order 10-14369-49978 there are two problems:Although it is an eBay Plus item, I was charged shipping costs.The seller only shipped after 3 working days, which violates the Plus guidelines. In total, I have now been waiting 5 working days.I ask for reimbursement of the shipping costs and (in accordance with the eBay Plus guarantee) for a €5 voucher due to the delayed delivery of the premium shipping.
