Confirmation of delivery of an item shipped via a freight carrier
Hello community,
I sold an item that was then shipped via an external freight carrier. There was no proper tracking.
The item has since been delivered as well, the buyer is very satisfied and has also rated me positively accordingly.
But the delivery status still says "shipped"
How can I change that so I can get my money?

Mentor3 weeks agoWithout proof of shipment and delivery, you may have to wait up to 30 days for the payout.
Confirmation from the buyer or a review will not be accepted as proof.

Mentor3 weeks agoYou need a tracking number and proof of delivery, which you have based on the tracking number anyway.
