Hello, maybe someone can help me.I placed an order on eBay (China). The shipment contained 3 shirts. It was supposed to be a gift. The seller stated that the shipment would definitely arrive with me by 02/09/2025. Unfortunately, it only arrived on 04/09. It was supposed to be a gift for someone who set off on a long trip on 03/09. Now the 3 shirts are no use to me anymore. I contacted the seller, and he replied that I did receive the shipment and so everything is fine. I explained the details to him, and he wrote to me that I have to send everything back to China at my own expense. I have now tried to start a return through the eBay system, but in the system you have to start a return for each individual item. This is confusing, because a package to China is very expensive and I would therefore have to send 3 packages (even though I can't even be blamed for the delayed shipping). The return address provided by the eBay system is also incorrect; it is a garbled block of text with a number at the end. It doesn't include a country or anything like that. I am at a loss and currently don't know how this case can be resolved. Can someone from the community help me (or maybe verena@ebay) ?
