Order not received, not getting anywhere with any help
Summary: koobalfred is having problems with an order that was not received in full. The seller cannot be reached, and eBay Seller Protection offers no help because the order is not visible in the system. Although a partial delivery has arrived, there is frustration in trying to contact eBay. bootyooty replied and offered support from an eBay employee.
I placed an order and never received it!
I can’t contact the seller?
I’m not getting anywhere with eBay seller protection, because eBay doesn’t have this order in the system?.
However, I did receive an email from eBay about the order and part of it has already arrived!
No matter how I try to contact eBay, I can’t get anywhere.
It’s frustrating.

The order number does not belong to the account you’re writing from. Do you maybe have another account? Have a look there, maybe your request is already resolved.
