Order delivered, tracking is stuck

Hello,
I sold something and sent it by letter as a registered mail drop-off. The tracking has now been stuck for a few days and is no longer updating at DHL. However, I have already received a rating from the buyer and have written to the buyer again to make sure that they have already received the item I bought.
Now I basically understand that the problem lies with DHL, since eBay uses the information from tracking to determine the delivery status. Is there still a way, for example, for the buyer to mark the item as delivered so that it is also marked that way on eBay and the withheld amount is paid out? Since the buyer has already rated it and says everything is fine with the item, it should be understandable for eBay that the item was delivered.
I am sure an investigation request at DHL takes some time, so I wanted to ask here whether one might be able to avoid this option.

@petersmodellbahnstuebchen I bought the label via eBay. But as you already said, if there’s a snag in the tracking, then it’s also with eBay.

if the tracking at DHL / Deutsche Post shows nothing more than "shipped", then the tracking via Ebay may not show anything else either.
Unfortunately, there’s nothing else you can do except clarify the case with the service provider concerned. Did you buy the label through Ebay or directly from Deutsche Post?

Unfortunately, eBay tracking often lags behind.
