Hello,
as a private individual, I can sell up to 2000,-- euros per year without reporting it to the tax office.
I have now listed auctions that end on Dec 29, 2025. I will receive the money, 700,-- euros, on Jan 3, 2026.
Do the 700,-- euros count for the year 2025, or 2026?

Theoretically, you can sell up to €1999 (or 29 items), and from €2000 (or from 30 items) it has to be reported.
And if you sell in 2025, then the sales from 2025 are also counted, not when you receive the money.
And it has absolutely nothing to do with taxation.
