Amount withheld - not yet delivered, but it says Delivered at the top
Hello,
I sold a MacBook on Wednesday via eBay, shipped it on Thursday, and according to the DHL app it had already arrived on Friday. On my eBay page, it says “delivered” above the item, but underneath it says: Amount withheld - not yet delivered. Is that a bug?

Mentor3 weeks agoHello @annschme-37 , many thanks for your post. This unwanted system behavior is already known, and work is being done at full speed to fix it. I have also added your user account to the existing internal ticket with our tech team and ask for a little more patience here.

Mentor3 weeks agoThe tracking on ebay is constantly lagging behind. Just wait a bit longer and if nothing happens, get back in touch again.
