Amount withheld by eBay
Hello. I sent an item by mail. The status on eBay is "Amount held - not yet delivered". I messaged the buyer to make sure he received the item. What has to happen for eBay to release my money? Does the buyer still need to click something? I myself wouldn't know of anything I can do. Best regards, Maleen

Mentor2 weeks agoConfirmation from the buyer is not accepted, nor is a rating.
If you ship without proper tracking and without proof of delivery, it may be that the payout takes up to 30 days.

OP2 weeks agoAh ok. Thanks for the heads-up! :) Then I know that I just have to wait. :) Strange that for other items, which I also sent by letter afterwards, the money has already been released by eBay.

Mentor2 weeks agoNo one unfortunately knows what strategy eBay is behind there. It partly depends on the respective items.
