Hello everyone,I noticed today that my eBay Plus subscription was automatically renewed for another year. I was notified today that the €19.90 charge would be debited.To be honest, I probably signed up by mistake a year ago — most likely there was a checkbox for the trial period when I was paying for an item, and I overlooked it. That’s why I didn’t notice the first charge a year ago either. Now, in the second year, I noticed it and I definitely want to end the subscription.The new period only started on March 18. The payment has been announced, but the amount has not yet been finally debited from my account.My questions for you:If I cancel the subscription in the settings now, will I get the full €19.90 back for the coming year?Will the amount be calculated pro rata, or do I have a 14-day right of withdrawal for the automatic renewal?Do I need to contact customer service directly to initiate the refund, or does that happen automatically when I cancel?Thanks for your help!
